PROBLEM
Lush came to us looking for support in re-evaluating and defining the future direction of their email programme. As a key channel for them, they needed their emails to work harder to support their brand goals. They wanted their emails to instill their strong brand values, rewarding subscribers, and educating wider customer groups. With the overarching aim to bring new like minded customers on board, through a revamped email programme.
STRATEGY
The goal of our strategic workshops is to really get under the skin of the brand. Starting with a deep dive into the overall objectives of the email programme, we were able to identify Lush’s specific challenges and requirements. These workshops allowed us to explore their customer needs, identify where the focus should be, and develop a plan to achieve their email programme goals.
Through understanding a little more about Lush and their pain points, we could then conduct our email audit and gap analysis. This is where we gathered specific recommendations and presented our findings back.
RESULTS
Our collaborative workshop structure enabled us to work closely with Lush. Sharing helpful insights, and sparking better email creativity for the team and their digital outputs. Whilst giving them all the strategic information needed to make valuable improvements to the email channel going forward. We helped the team to prioritise activity to best achieve their goals, delivering an elevated experience for both the short and long term.
